When can I expect to receive my order?
If you place your order before 3:00 PM EST, we’ll begin processing it the same business day.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. After processing, tracked delivery to the United States usually takes 6 to 12 business days from dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver to the United States.
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum spend is required.
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required.
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?
We apologize for any delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our customer service team.

I would like to return an item. What do I do?
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@ceemve.com within 30 days of delivery to start the return process.
Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions and the return address.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within up to 14 business days and confirm by email.
